The Sole Practice offers holistic therapies including reflexology, facial reflexology, Wellness Massage Kansa Vatki Foot Massage, Spinal Nerve Reflexology, Aromaflex, Rejuvenating acupressure facial massage and the award winning ZoneFaceLift from its relaxing therapy room near Beccles. The Sole Practice is run by Karen Leggett who is a fully insured and qualified complementary therapist, specialising in reflexology, facial reflexology and is passionate about holistic therapy. Karen is a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR) and fully insured and is DBS checked. Treatments are available at TheSolePractice's relaxing, calm peaceful treatment rooms just outside Beccles, on a mobile basis or at the wonderful Buttercross Wellbeing Centre in Bungay or Southwold Treatment Rooms.
